All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit (minimum 25% of total package cost). Verbal or WhatsApp agreements constitute a provisional booking only. A written confirmation with itinerary details will be sent after deposit payment. Package rates are quoted per person/couple as specified and are subject to change based on hotel availability and seasonal pricing.
Advance: 25% of total cost at booking confirmation. Balance: 100% payment before departure or as mutually agreed. Accepted payment methods: NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, UPI, PhonePe, GPay. Cash payments accepted at our Srinagar office. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). International clients may pay in USD/EUR at prevailing exchange rates.
Cancellations must be made in writing (WhatsApp/email). Refund schedule: 30+ days before departure: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 60% refund. 7–14 days: 40% refund. 3–6 days: 20% refund. Less than 72 hours: No refund. In case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events affecting travel to Kashmir, we offer full credit for rebooking within 12 months.
Package inclusions are clearly listed in each tour itinerary. Unless explicitly stated, packages generally EXCLUDE: airfare to/from Srinagar, personal expenses, tips and gratuities, travel insurance, entry fees to monuments and gardens, adventure sports charges, medical expenses, and any services not mentioned in the written itinerary. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Kash Track Holidays reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, security advisories, hotel unavailability, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will make best efforts to provide equivalent alternatives. No refund will be issued for itinerary changes due to force majeure.
Clients are responsible for: carrying valid government-issued ID at all times, following guides' instructions for safety, respecting local customs and traditions, ensuring physical fitness for chosen activities, obtaining any required permits or visas, arriving at pickup points on time. Kash Track Holidays is not liable for any loss arising from client failure to comply.
Kash Track Holidays acts as an organiser of tours and is not liable for: personal injury, death or loss of property, delays caused by third-party service providers (airlines, rail, hotels), force majeure events, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the tour package cost paid by the client.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. By booking with us, you agree to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies.
