All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit (minimum 25% of total package cost). Package rates are subject to change based on hotel availability and seasonal pricing.
Advance: 25% at booking confirmation. Balance: 100% before departure. Accepted methods: NEFT/IMPS, UPI, PhonePe, GPay. Cash payments accepted at our office in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. All payments in INR.
30+ days: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 60%. 7–14 days: 40%. 3–6 days: 20%. Less than 72 hours: No refund. Force majeure: full credit for rebooking within 12 months.
Package exclusions unless stated: airfare, personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, entry fees, and any services not mentioned in the written itinerary.
Kash Track Holidays reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road closures, security advisories, or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients must carry valid government-issued ID, follow guide instructions, respect local customs, ensure physical fitness for activities, and arrive at pickup points on time.
Our maximum liability is limited to the tour package cost paid by the client. We are not liable for force majeure events or delays caused by third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
